as part of this investment, EP are looking to appoint a National Account Director to work with our flagship clients at Wembley Stadium along with many more other key clients
you will be fully accountable for delivery of our services at Wembley, providing management of teams dedicated to specific services areas operating within the external footprint of the venue

lantra qualification to M6/M7 level
minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Temporary Traffic Management, ideally within the outdoor events sector
proven experience in managing traffic management projects from planning through to delivery
strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex drawings and RAMS
full UK driving licence
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required

provide accurate reporting on project progress, issues, and resource use to the operations director
oversee on-site setup, operation, and removal of temporary traffic management systems including lane closures, diversions, contraflows, and parking layouts
act as the key point of contact for traffic management projects—liaising with clients, event organisers, local authorities, and control centres
lead project planning meetings, produce RAMS, and coordinate pre-event traffic planning with clients and authorities
take responsibility for all aspects of site safety, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act, Chapter 8, and company standards
