Responsibility

  • attending and carrying out programmed service visits
  • attending breakdown calls, with fault finding on AC & Vent systems, electrically, mechanically and refrigeration wise
  • your role will ultimately lead to ensuring that our customers get faults resolved professionally and efficiently, leading onto repeat business
  • communicate your findings back to your Service Manager or Project Manager involved, while at all times, building, nurturing and promoting good business relationships with our clients
  • you will also be involved in working with the Commissioning Engineer on Commissioning or doing pre-commissioning checks on new AC & Vent installations, taking part in handover client demonstrations

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • knowledge in Ventilation & AC Systems
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • full UK Drivers' Licence required
