- as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will work hard
- along with help from Senior's you'll be taught your specialism and it's geography. You'll be given targets to earn your rewards
- you will be required to call candidates & clients with the aims of finding the perfect match
- you’ll be expected to headhunt, generate leads and build key relationships with candidates and clients
- you will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clear promotion criteria – you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed
