Responsibility
develops a solid and trusting relationship between Enviva and our key customers
day-to-day liaison and first point of contact for any customer issues or suggestions
engage and collaborate with internal teams to support the proactive management of each client account in accordance with changing needs
deliver existing contracted business in line with budget and drive a culture of continuous improvement across multiple accounts
work with Enviva's Optimization team to drive shorter term incremental, value-accretive transactions
regularly and accurately report on key account metrics/KPIs
carry out additional projects and attend external meetings/events as required
working from a continuous improvement mindset, identify and execute win-win solutions with key customers and deliver value to the business using data and market insights
Requirements
5-7 years of experience managing complex customer accounts and delivering client-focused and value-based solutions
bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales
experience supporting a global business and creating effective business strategies
customer-focused ethos with an understanding of how to manage internal and external expectations
proven ability to lead, influence and inspire customers and team members
excellent communication skills ; commercially astute, culturally aware, and articulate
responsible, accountable, and capable of balancing a varied and demanding workload
ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
