Responsibility
- develops a solid and trusting relationship between Enviva and our key customers
- day-to-day liaison and first point of contact for any customer issues or suggestions
- engage and collaborate with internal teams to support the proactive management of each client account in accordance with changing needs

- work with Enviva's Optimization team to drive shorter term incremental, value-accretive transactions
- regularly and accurately report on key account metrics/KPIs
- carry out additional projects and attend external meetings/events as required
- working from a continuous improvement mindset, identify and execute win-win solutions with key customers and deliver value to the business using data and market insights
- manage the communications between our key customers and internal Enviva stakeholders to ensure systems and processes are developed in line with business objectives
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing complex customer accounts and delivering client-focused and value-based solutions
- bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in customer relations and/or B2B sales
- experience supporting a global business and creating effective business strategies
