- our Client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years experience undertaking a caseload of clients
- envision People are delighted to be working with a well established law firm that prides itself on exceptional standards of client care
- must be able to provide appropriate advice and assistance with residential sale & purchase and to administer all aspects of conveyancing work on behalf of clients
Requirements
- self-motivated and willing to take responsibility for organising own activities to ensure that all targets and quality standards are met
- good time management adopting a flexible approach to work
- demonstrates persistence and commitment to completing tasks and objectives
- delivers work output to the required standard
- pays attention to detail and quality of work
- minimum of 3 years plus fee earning experience essential
- relevant qualifications – degree/LPC, CILEx or CLC
- have strong interpersonal skills Professional and proactive approach
