Responsibility
- collaborate with the development team to design, build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications and eCommerce solutions
- develop customised features, extensions and integrations for various platforms, with a primary focus on Magento
- ensure the performance, stability and security of our clients' websites
- participate in code and architecture reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements
- communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing technical guidance and support when needed
- keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive
Requirements
- proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry
- magento Developer Certification
- strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, and MVC frameworks, preferably with experience in Magento 2
- experience with other programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java
- familiarity with other eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopware
- experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Teamwork
- proficient in using Git or other version control systems
- solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
