Responsibility
- as a Sales Administrator you will carry out a wide range of duties
- dealing with customers calling in/emailing from all over the world
- working closely with the team to ensure orders are processed and quotes are sent in a timely manner and followed up to ensure orders are obtained
- no two days will be the same, working in a small team your duties will vary from day to day, and at times you will be assisting the warehouse team with duties
- processing incoming orders
Education
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external points of contact
- excellent computer proficiency
- must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- experience of working within a sales environment – in a business to business environment
- ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
