Awful company to work for manager is useless speaks to u like dirt manager at head office tells him it’s fine if they don’t like it they can leave got rid off guys under meas didn’t want to spend money on contract so franchise it to a Southampton company health and safety officer was very bad let u start with no training or signs forms don’t care about there staff badly run family company they should not be in business tools didn’t work moaned when sites not getting done under paid for job role swear at there staff no overtime charge u for uniform and track u everywhere u go the reviews sums the company up do u home work
