  • speaking to and qualifying domestic leads and helping them with their enquiries
  • convert as many new business leads into new customers
  • building a relationship with the new customers to ensure they use us next time they need it
  • using a CRM to manage leads at all different stages within the sales cycle
  • working closely with the service delivery team to ensure all customers are experiencing a great customer service
  • sales connects them with quality suppliers to meet their needs
