to be a positive representative for the company at all times
to identify and communicate any additional customer requirements communicating to the line manager
using all equipment in a safe manner and according to the company procedures, to carry out safety checks prior to and after use, reporting any faults/safety issues in timely manner and in accordance with the company procedures
Requirements
experience and knowledge of EU & WTD Tachograph Regulations
good geographical knowledge of mainland UK
A good understanding of Operator Licence obligations and regulations
good understanding of Highway Code and “Hierarchy of Road Users”
customer focused with experience of managing customer expectations appropriately
to remain flexible in order to meet operational needs when required
