Responsibility
- to locate new business opportunities using telephone sales
- to follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
- to conduct sales meetings in person and via video conference
- to ensure our CRM system is kept up to date with the latest information on sales leads
- to hit sales performance targets
- to conduct regularly scheduled account management calls/meetings with customers
- use customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities
- to advise the marketing team on growth opportunities to target
Requirements
- other additional GCSE’s at C or above
- GCSE Maths – C or above
- experience in a commercial setting
- A willingness to work hard to develop a network of contacts and sales opportunities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- experience in sales in the context of IT & Technology is preferable but not essential
- can-do attitude and an ability to work mostly unsupervised
- excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
