Responsibility

  • EMS are a manufacturing company in Boston - Lincolnshire who are looking to recruit a Production
  • technician due to an internal promotion. The hours of work are Mon to Fri 0830-1700
  • closely working with the production manager to prioritise orders for manufacture and stock items to be manufactured throughout the working week
  • actively reviewing stock levels and allocating stock for manufacturing
  • planning and organising the manufacturing workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay & wastage
  • A strong working relationship will be formed with the Production and Quality team to understand manufacturing capabilities against customer specifications
  • responsible for the management of the job sheet
  • using a variety of different machines including hand tools
