- my client is a business going through exciting growth plans, that provide innovative soundproof meeting pods, soundproof booths and portable meeting rooms
- promoting functional, inspirational, creative, and productive working environments in to the commercial space, architects, hospitality and other industries that may require their product
- they have a fantastic central London showroom and have already gained huge traction with their product, winning some key commercial orders. Their product is much sought after and are inundated with enquiries for their product
- they are looking for a customer services manager who must wear "many hats" and be open to a role with a wide variety of tasks from dealing with pre and post sales customer enquiries, ensuring all customers receive a satisfactory customer experience, under promise, over deliver
- the ideal customer service manager will be someone with with lots of personality and bring positivity to being a problem solver and ability to think outside the box. You must be able to act calmly and professionally in a client conflict situation
