Responsibility
- job Title: Head Chef
- hours: 40 hours per week
- reports To: Theatre Manager
- responsible For: Kitchen and Waiting Staff
- responsible For: Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Porters, Waiting Staff
- to plan and place orders of ingredients according to requirements, ensuring that wastage is kept to a bare minimum. Including stock and POS system management
- to provide regular briefings with the team, ensuring all information with regards to initiatives / promotions / shows & events / changes to schedules or sales etc are communicated in a full and effective manner in order that customer queries can be answered
- manage the food preparation and storage processes, whilst always adhering to food safety regulations
