- Assist the Client Servicing, Production & Management Teams
- Viewing & Tracking of TV & film editorial content
- Support day to day client servicing. e.g. preparing reports for clients
- Develop thorough knowledge of client briefs, brands & products
- Support production team & attend internal production meetings
- Liaise with production companies, sending out prop lists and placing orders for productions
Requirements
- Experience in TV, Film, Media or Entertainment is valued but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail essential
- Strong written and oral skills- able to come across clearly and succinctly in email or over the phone
- Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
