- our prestigious client is looking for an experienced Operation Support Administrator based in their warehouse in Biggleswade
- preparation of Export and Import documentation
- booking shipments and couriers for both UK and international deliveries
- invoicing, document preparation and auditing
- managing equipment repair and maintenance schedules whilst ensuring all records are kept up to date
- managing fulfilment of office and warehouse supplies
- document scanning and file management
- working closely with the sales and warehouse team to ensure goods are despatched and delivered on time
Requirements
- experience in a fast-paced organisation
- experience of and a good understanding of Import/Export
- experience of working within a well-defined Quality Management System
- excellent communication skills with an ability to build good business relationships at all levels internally and externally
- A high level of attention to detail
- A willingness to roll up their sleeves from time to time and go that extra mile
- warehouse experience: 1 year
