Responsibility
- clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in a timely manner
- despatching orders on the system
- closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information
- running reports from the system as required by customers and management
- updating and reporting KPIs
- ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner
- updating files when necessary on the common drive
