Responsibility

  • clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in a timely manner
  • despatching orders on the system
  • closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information
  • running reports from the system as required by customers and management
  • updating and reporting KPIs
  • ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner
  • updating files when necessary on the common drive
