- taking overall responsibility for the quality care provided
- remaining up to date with relevant care standards legislation
- managing and monitoring budgets for the services
- produce, review and implement policies and procedures in line with our Supported Living environment
- to ensure all staff training is kept within date, as well as identifying potential new areas of training
- working out individual care/support plans for our clients and other members of our staff team
- involvement around quality assurance, carrying out audits of the service and formulating action plans for any improvements identified. Ensuring that all improvements are implemented and sustained
