- performing various skin treatments according to clients needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- provide guests with complimentary consultations regarding skin care services
- determines guests skin care goals and recommend appropriate products and services
- seek advice of Spa Manager as required on treatment protocols, raising any guest noncompliance
- maintain guests records detailing all consent ensuring they are retained securely in line with the company’s Data Protection policy
- monitor equipment insuring proper operation/maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines
- maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- participate and attend in-service educational and training programs and staff meetings
