- two-years or more general admin A/I experience
Responsibility
- 1 Support the recruitment and selection process, including preparation of associated paperwork and co-ordination of interviews
- 2 Deliver onboarding sessions with new starters
- 3 Input data into the HR information systems
- 4 Coordinating and updating records in PDR system
- 5 Undertake internal and external ordering for the department
- 6 Monitoring the HR helpdesk and HR e-mail and respond to any other enquiries
- 7 Take ownership of the HR Department’s filing system ensuring compliance with the General
