Responsibility

  • program Modification: Analyse and update existing CNC programs to enhance productivity and ensure the highest quality standards are met
  • tool Selection: Choose appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders based on the materials being machined and the required tolerances
  • testing and Debugging: Run initial test programs to verify accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during setup
  • production Operation: Occasionally operate CNC machines to process production batches, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient operation
  • CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs using industry-standard software. Translate engineering drawings and specifications into accurate and efficient machining instructions
  • controller Expertise: Utilize your previous experience with Fanuc and Heidenheim controllers to optimize machine performance and troubleshoot controller-related issues
