Responsibility

  • engage Talent Partners are partnering exclusively with our Aberdeen based client to source a Senior Project Engineer
  • ensure the team have the necessary training and skills to develop within the department’s competency framework
  • ensuring the team and ultimately the department, meet the necessary key performance indicators
  • provide accurate reporting of team performance to Senior Management and Directors
  • act as an escalation point for any project issues faced by a member of the team
  • our client is an innovative company with a global client base within oil and gas, renewables and defence and are embarking on a huge period of growth
