Requirements
proven experience shaping, leading and delivering change and transformation programmes and projects
strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex transformation projects from inception to completion
sound knowledge and understanding of best practice in change and transformation implementations
excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation
sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels
proven experience managing the development of proposals and RFP responses
experience managing and coaching multiple teams across projects and programmes
qualifications in project management or change management e.g. Agile PM, CIPD and PRINCE2
