- gathering evidence to support customer and property eligibility
- organisation of survey and install evidence which is then packaged together for submission to out ECO utility funders
- reviewing documents against specific criteria's
- liaising with and work as part of a team and accept a shared responsibility for colleagues/workloads within team as required
- act as the point of contact with clients via telephone and email
- accurately maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies
