Responsibility

  • scheduling production work and managing the diary, setting up webinars, podcasts, interviews and meetings
  • finding/scoping venues
  • managing the workflow and ensuring deadlines are being met
  • liaising with the venue regarding event logistics
  • liaising with sponsors regarding exhibitions and content sessions
  • liaising with clients regarding their content packages, making sure their contracts are fulfilled and onboarding new partners
  • ensuring the event happens on time, budget and smoothly
  • updating pages and websites

Requirements

  • it's a great job for a person who is fast thinking , can multitask and is CALM under pressure
  • you will be given lots of responsibility, so initiative and getting on with it are key
  • energy Live News Ltd is based in Cuffley, Herts. Office based but at present we are operating a hybrid working environment, this will change if needed to full time in the office
  • whilst experience is helpful, personality and get go are imperative. We are a small team with lots of energy and opinion and it is critical you are able to work in a team
