Responsibility
- to ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2 and GSC processes
- ordering of stock materials and sundries, gather quotations from suppliers for service delivery
- liaising with the technical managers to ensure the design process is followed and work plans are in place
- provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers and to ensure SLA’s and KPIs are met
- play an active part in the team, promoting a positive working culture and effective working practices, representing the company in a professional manner in line with our core values
- the role will provide administration support for commercial metering activities, assisting in the timely delivery and billing of projects whilst ensuring that operational SLAs are met or exceeded. This is a home-based role
Requirements
- to be considered for this position you will have at least one - two year’s previous administration experience ideally with a multi utility business, you will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative
