Responsibility

  • market Coordination & Network Management
  • build local market relationships understanding their needs, requirements and help prioritise support
  • coordinate multiple local market teams to share relevant information and ensure understanding & adoption of such strategies
  • ensure local markets are following the Global strategy and executing best in class plans at a local level
  • client Servicing & Management
  • build and lead key client relationships
  • key point of contact and escalation point for local TikTok market leads
  • developing relationships with internal stakeholders to be seen as a key point of reference on the TikTok team

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of ATL media channels
  • excellent management and communication skills to be able to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive delivery of projects
  • extensive experience working in / with media agency, ideally in global / regional role
  • evidence of being proactive, solution focused and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
  • experience working with large team. With experience of managing others
  • ability to lead other through change, proactively and positively
  • experience managing multiple work streams to delivery to deadlines for multiple stakeholders
  • highly organized with previous examples of delivering projects in a timely and effective manner
