Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent level health and safetyqualification
- essential - Experience in the interpretation and application of the Construction Design and Management Regulations
- trained and experienced in leading incident investigations – TOPSET preferable
- minimum 3 years’ experience in onshore wind or construction environment supporting multiple projects at a senior level as an HSE professional
- internal audit experience
- knowledge and experience of in the application of UK legislation is a must
- able to travel to UK ENERCON sites, including project locations in Scotland, England and Wales
- able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strict confidentiality
Responsibility
- support Project General Managers in the planning and deliver of installation projects
- oversee development of project specific Health, Safety and Environmental documentation
- ensuring project specific risks are identified and assessed during the project preparation phase
- implementation of Enercon procedures and standards, including mechanisms to ensure thesuitability of contractor risk assessments and method statements
- support delivery of country HSE objectives and KPIs
- prepare communications to disseminate incidents, lessons learned and best practices
- assist in the development of country HSE policies and procedures where required
- provision of relevant documentation and information regarding Enercon standards
