Responsibility
- endurance Health is currently looking for an Field Care Supervisor to work for its Slough branch covering Slough
- to carry out introductory visits every time a Care & Support Worker visits a client for the first time
- to ensure all clients visits are always covered. To ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in clients’ homes
- hours: full time role-40 hours per week
- to conduct risk assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and update these as required as part of the individual's risk management
- client Care: to carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients
- in addition the role necessitates the day to day supervision of Care Workers that are competent and appropriately skilled to undertake relevant tasks and duties
- on-Call Duties: you will have shared on-call duties
Requirements
- ideally you will be NVQ3 qualified or working towards this qualification
- \* must be a driver with your own vehicle
- \* Previous supervision experience or senior care work responsibilities would be desirable. You need to have a strong customer focus, be able to follow guidelines and the ability to deliver in a given timescale
