Responsibility
- performing a variety of cleaning activities in guest bedrooms including changing beds, cleaning ensuite bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and emptying bins
- completing apartment cleans and ensuring communal areas of the apartments are cleaned to a high standard
- ensuring the compliance with policies and procedures. Following standard operating procedures. Being familiar with COSHH and adhering to risk assessments
- liaising with residents and guests in the hotel professionally, answering all questions and queries in a friendly manner
- ensuring that the product, quality, appearance, and levels of cleanliness and standards of all bedrooms and communal areas are met throughout Endsleigh Park, including the cleaning of all public areas, toilets, main office, communal kitchen and apartment blocks
