  • key Duties & Responsibilities of the role
  • reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate, supervise and undertake all planned and unplanned inspection, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work on plant
  • reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the EC&I Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate, supervise and undertake all planned and unplanned inspection, maintenance, diagnostics and repair work on plant
  • reporting of any Health, Safety and Environmental unsafe conditions, accidents or incidents, leading and supporting investigations as required

Requirements

  • education & Experience
  • this role requires a mechanical background in ERF, plant or process maintenance with outage/major shutdown experience
  • this role requires an EC&I background in ERF, plant or process maintenance with outage/major shutdown experience
  • technical knowledge and experience of pressure parts, gas paths, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pressure systems, vessels and rotating equipment is essential
  • knowledge and experience of pressure parts, gas paths, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pressure systems, vessels and rotating equipment is essential
  • preferably a minimum of five year's experience with a practical and supervisory background
  • must currently hold COMPEX certifications in elements 1-4
  • experience in supervising teams to deliver against agreed key performance indicators
