We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the site planning, execution and delivery of cleanroom and containment suite projects. You will also manage and lead other members of the construction team.The role will allow you to have autonomy in your day to day work whilst still having secure backing from the Head Office and Senior Management. As a result, you must be an experienced, reliable, trustworthy manager.Based in the South M4, M5, A303 Areas.Responsibilities:Day to day management of operations on siteLiaise with the Project Manager on installation, programme, resourcing, and health & safety mattersCarry out toolbox briefings to the site teams and sub-contractorsPlan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logisticsFulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-OrdinatorRequisition all materials and oversee the deliveriesEnsure workmanship and material standards are achievedEnsure site team and sub-contractors are following common operational standardsAll site CDM health and safety duties including maintaining Construction Phase H&S PlanCreate and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.Requirements:· Minimum 3 years relevant experience· Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card holder· First Aid Trained· SMSTS/SSTS· Excellent communication skills at all levels, work well under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will also be a team player and have a hands-on approach to all duties.
