  • log all incidents accurately and consistently in the Incident Management system
  • consistently and meticulously record incidents within the Incident Management system

Requirements

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
  • attention to detail
  • no prior experience is required; however, a genuine interest and passion for IT is crucial. Customer service skills, particularly a good telephone manner, are highly beneficial
