Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- ability to sequence and programme works, utilising different programme types
- production of procurement schedules
- production of pre-construction programmes, construction programmes, commissioning programmes and have an understanding of interfaces and co-ordination with other disciplines and contractors
- be capable of managing sub-contractors and the production of Invitations to Tender and evaluation of returned tenders
- establishing scope of work, specifications, programmes and cost control of sub-contracted works
- understanding of specifications and drawings
- understanding of the contract and contract conditions and obligations
- work with other disciplines, Clients, sub-contractors and vendors to produce a successful programme
Requirements
- essential
- experience of working on contracts with an M & E value up to £3m
- experience in planning and executing programmes for a building services projects
- ability to produce reports
- experience in production of O&M Manuals and drawings
- capable of working with minimum supervision
- ability and willingness to travel and work within the office or based on sites as required
- ability to meet deadlines
