Responsibility
- sourcing and recruiting temporary and contract construction trades and labour, including M&E and Fit Out Trades
- conducting sales calls and cold calling potential clients to generate new business
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- negotiating terms and rates with clients and candidates
- managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, reference checking, and on-boarding
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records on our internal system

Requirements
- proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong negotiation and influencing skills
- ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- good organizational and time-management skills
- full UK driving license
- experience in recruiting temporary and contract construction trades and labour, with knowledge or experience in Construction or M&E or Fit Out Trades
