- you will need to be a caring, resilient, and adaptable team player. It is important that you are a positive and motivated individual
- these are bank roles offered on a Casual Workers Agreement, for people who have a passion to make a difference. All training will be provided and we are proud to offer an induction programme to enable you to settle into the role
- previous experience within a support work role with children, young people & families would be advantageous, along with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Residential Childcare qualification. However, this is not essential entry criteria for this role
