Responsibility

  • develop clear linkages, strong relationships, and work collaboratively with Apprenticeship business provision to support the participant’s journey and avoid duplication
  • you will have an understanding of various grants and contracts, including AEB/ASF, Training Bootcamps, UKSPF, and a knowledge of Apprenticeships
  • ensure the contract meets required audit, compliance, and quality standards, assuring accuracy of evidence checks
  • contribute to internal and external audits and reviews
  • as the Employability Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operational delivery of the contracts across London, ensuring contractual requirements are achieved on time and within budget, and that quarterly targets are met
  • monitor contract delivery against output and financial targets, taking prompt remedial action as appropriate. This includes daily and weekly monitoring of engagements, caseloads, performance, and quality
  • contribute to GLA evaluations monthly, mid, and end of contract
  • manage local employer engagement once recruited
