- we are a not-for-profit organisation, offering membership and training and consultancy services, supporting employers along their inclusion journeys
- pro-actively managing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with assigned member accounts
- the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion is the UK’s leading employer network covering all aspects of diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging in the workplace
- we are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Account Manager with experience in providing exceptional services across multiple accounts in a B2B Environment
- the Account Manager will be the first point of contact for enei members, supporting with all aspects of member engagement from onboarding, renewals, and cross selling our training and consultancy services
- the ideal candidate will have an open and consultative style and will be at ease working across a variety of sectors and with customers at all levels and disciplines within organisations
- working flexibly and carrying out additional duties within the Commercial Team and wider organisation, as may be agreed from time to time
Requirements
- A talented Account Manager, with a proven track record gained in a B2B environment
- commercial experience gained within a professional services, membership, or consultancy organisation
- excellent project management skills
- exceptional customer service and support skills
- account Management or Business Development: 2 years
