Responsibility

  • empire Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and organised Remote Receptionist to provide maternity leave coverage
  • answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries via email and chat
  • the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service during this period
  • schedule and coordinate client appointments using our online scheduling system
  • collect and update client information, maintaining accurate records
  • assist with administrative tasks including billing and invoicing
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • assist with marketing efforts, including outreach to potential clients

Requirements

  • previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable internet connection and designated home workspace
  • availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
