Responsibility
- provide excellent customer service to members of Studio 10 Hair Design and Beauty
- deliver hair care services to clients in a timely manner
- learn all aspects of Studio 10 Hair Design and Beauty
- maintain a clean, sanitary and inviting salon environment
- follow salon sanitation and infection control guidelines
- maintain product knowledge
- provide products recommendations to clients based on their individual hair concerns
- assist with styling clients' put ups, occasion hair and braids or other hair style requests
Requirements
- college diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon settings
- excellent customer service
- basic computer skills; Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- already have own Clientele
- strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with others including customers and co-workers
- excellent interpersonal skills required for interacting with clients and co-workers daily or frequently
- ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
