Requirements
- ● Exceptionally well organised individual with proven leadership, management, and administration experience
- ● Social Care Management Experience for a minimum of 3 years
- ● Proven experience of growing a comparable business in line with budgetary requirements
- ● Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- ● Good organisational and time management/prioritisation skills
- ● Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- ● Excellent self and team motivational skills with an ability to handle conflicting and competing priorities
- ● NVQ Level 5 in social care or equivalent
Responsibility
- b. To carry out such other responsibilities as the Company’s Directors may determine from time to time
- b. Ensure onboarding of service users following the system implemented and approved by CEO
- d. Provide oversight on all service user record keeping – ensuring the notes are up to date and supporting the no gaps process including Marcharts and quality checking to see if any errors are reported to the CEO
- c. Lead the weekly branch meetings to review the organisation, staffing, service users, safeguarding and any other related topics that are in need to be highlighted for discussion
- d. Manage up to the CEO in ensuring that complaints, compliments etc are acted upon promptly
