- we are a welding, fabrication and engineering business with two locations looking to expand our production capacity
- supplying the agricultural and information security industries, you will be responsible for driving and delivering goods to our customers, a wide range of workshop duties including, but not limited to, machine operation, drilling, sawing, tapping, picking, packing and other general workshop duties

- work planning – Ensuring you are staying ahead of required parts and working with the unit supervisors to make sure jobs are completed in time and as required
- attention to detail – Checking kits/batches of parts to make sure they conform to engineering drawings and that quantities are correct. Making sure parts are neat, tidy, well finished and ready for welders to work on
- we have skilled laser, brake press, welders and fabricators on staff who will require assistance on certain jobs and can pass on their knowledge and lead you towards a more rounded skill set
Requirements
- manual handling of parts. Forklift experience a bonus but not essential
- experience in a workshop environment, ideally in the metalworking industry is a bonus but not essential
- ability to manage the workload and plan ahead for your next task with a supervisor
