  • menu Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the menu, ensuring a variety of authentic Indian curries and accompanying dishes are offered to customers
  • team Collaboration: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and efficient flow of operations

Requirements

  • experience: Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef or in a similar role, with a focus on Indian cuisine and curries
  • culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and traditional cooking techniques. Ability to create authentic Indian curries from scratch
  • creativity: Ability to innovate and create new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of Indian cuisine
  • time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
