Requirements
emmanuel College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie within its busy catering team
this is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including some evening and alternate weekends on a rota basis
the team provides high quality dining for a variety of internal and external functions ensuring an efficient professional standard of service to senior and junior College members, conference delegates, weddings and special functions
the successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery and be able to use their own initiative to ensure timely completion of work in accordance with instructions issued by the Head Chef
