Responsibility

  • we specialise in GRP manufacture of construction-based products and export globally
  • EMJ Plastics have been established since the 1960's and due to continual company growth our busy manufacturing company has located to Scunthorpe
  • our permadec formwork system was used in the construction of the Rio Grande bridge in Jamaica, just one of many countries we export to, some of our more bespoke products, wash troughs and urinals you will find in most premiership football clubs across the UK
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to join our small friendly team and work closely with our Production Manager, HSEQ Manager and assist the HR Manager when required
  • the role may require the successful candidate to travel to our sister company, in Tuxford to support the HSEQ Manager and the HR Manager
  • scan and File all QMS Documents
  • check stocks and order stationary and consumables
  • ordering and checking PPE stocks

Requirements

  • must have excellent administration experience, strong organisational skills, and be able to communicate with people at all levels of the business and have an excellent telephone manner
