Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- respond verbally and/or in writing to customers enquiries and progressing of orders in a timely and professional manner
- to evaluate each enquiry technically and commercially in order to offer the correct product to meet the customer requirements
- use technical product software for specifying products to customer requirements
- produce technical and or general arrangement drawings in AutoCAD /Solidworks - 2D/3D
- to evaluate best delivery dates that can be realistically achieved and liaising with suppliers and production
- ensure customer information, customer activity, project information is up-to-date
- prompt follow up of enquiries within designated area to successful or final conclusions to maximise order intake
- assist with customer order management and processing
Requirements
- enthusiastic and highly motivated - balance high work load, whilst maintaining tight deadlines
- you will be required to be organised and willing to work unaided and as a team player
- preferably minimum of 2 years of knowledge selling similar technical products/services
- HNC/HND Engineering based qualification or equivalent experience
- ability and skills to communicate at all levels
