- experience of managing an effective team

- A knowledge and understanding of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services
- ability to deal effectively with crises/emergencies
Responsibility
- to ensure the development of robust systems and procedures
- to ensure that all new referrals are responded to in a timely manner in line with contractual and organisational timescales
- to identify recruitment needs and develop plans to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for growth
- to arrange and attend regular service planning meetings with service delivery teams
- to implement the Organisations Governance Framework to continuously improve services, care and support
- to oversee the co-ordination of care workers across all areas
- to produce monthly management reports and attend Team Meetings
- to ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all
