Requirements
- proven experience as a 360 recruiter within construction or civil for a minimum of 2 years
- strong Business Development capability and understand how to grow your own desk
- experience managing and growing a contract desk is highly desirable
- in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and familiarity with various recruitment strategies
- strong networking and relationship building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
