Responsibility
- developing long-term relationships with customers
- providing customer quotations and negotiating orders
- meeting sales targets for specific Markets
- achieve the Applied Technology budget
- fully understand the FSP, Elta Fans manufacturing and product capabilities
- visit customers , be involved in customer visits to Fareham and attend exhibitions
- work on improvement ideas and cost down initiatives
- provide monthly reports on their respective Markets, enquiry levels, quotations, orders received and improvement activities
Requirements
- strong background in mathematics and sciences
- experience is not necessary as full training is provided in the form of an induction process
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- good negotiation skills
- conscientious
- open to new ideas, change and improvement activities
- adaptable to different personality types and situations
