  • promotion of the Company’s brand portfolio and its value proposition to the identified customer / client targets
  • business planning to ensure a coherent, well thought out sales plan is executed to deliver the commercial targets set
  • driving the customer engagement and experience
  • identifying training needs and opportunities
  • delivering customer and acct level training through our Tea Academy
  • planning, actioning, reviewing, re-planning and continuing to execute the account plans agreed to ensure the goals are met
  • act as the primary point of new client contact on behalf of the Company
  • create long-term partnerships and relationships with clients
